Together with our architecture and building partners, we strive to deliver on our client’s architectural and interior design style for large scale renovations. We are fully hands-on through all steps of the design process and provide detailed project timelines including initial concept & CAD drawings, general contracting work like painting, plumbing and electrical, and larger decisions such as cabinetry layout and countertop selection. We understand how important attention to detail is for a renovation, and we ensure final style execution is cohesive and seamless with fixture, appliance, finishes, & lighting selections among other design decisions.
FURNISHINGS + DECOR
For clients who need a refresh of their space without contracting work needed, we provide full interior design and decorating services from major pieces to the final finishing touch. This service can encompass wall cover selections, lighting, furnishing, flooring selections, and accessories for their space. We manage every detail from concept to final installation and strive to serve our clients beyond their expectations, ensuring that the design process runs smoothly and is an enjoyable process.
Over our decades-long time in the interior design industry, we have also made a wide variety of strong vendor relationships that allow us to source high quality and unique items for our clients.
COMMERCIAL
From restaurants to offices, Theresa Butler Interiors provides the same level of detail in care in our commercial design spaces. We take care in learning our clients' needs to deliver a space fit for each business' customer base. Ranging from a space refresh to more comprehensive renovations, we work with our clients to determine the best course of action for them while project managing ever aspect of the project.
